  I am so mad that the food was so good here because the service was the WORST experience I have ever had. Our waitress was incredibly rude when she came by and made it clear she did not want to be there. She never came by and on two different occasions we had to flag down the manager to get waters or a refill on our drinks. The worst and almost comedic things is we almost never got the chips for our table. They said they were out of containers to put salsa in, but there were two empty tables next to us that they had chips and salsa waiting for them. Our guac came before we ever got chips.... we talked to the manager at the end and he never apologized. He just pushed it off as they were busy when they were clearly not when they had a ton of empty tables. Great feeling when they are more concerned about any empty getting their chips and salsa then their customers that are already there.

  If you're thinking of ever going to Cantina Diablos in Royal Oak, think again! Last night while having dinner and drinks with my friends, they made us leave our table to clear the "dance floor" (that nobody was dancing on) and didn't have anywhere else for us to sit (except the VIP area as long as we paid at least $250 to sit there). When we asked the hostess where we could go and explained that we'd been moved from our table she said, "well how long were you here?" (2 hours, but does it matter? We just spend well over $100 here already). She then brought over the managers who had absolutely no intention of accommodating us. Instead, one stood silently while the other (Robby) gave us nothing but attitude and said that getting angry about our situation "wouldn't get us anywhere because that's not how the world works" and many other rude, disrespectful comments. So I asked for my money back on the drink I had just ordered since I had to drink it while standing at the hostess station. 5 minutes later the rude manager came back for more insults asking why I was still standing there drinking the drink they'd reimbursed me for and had security take my drink and kick us out!!! All for what? Wanting to sit and enjoy a meal and a couple drinks out with my girl friends?! NEVER AGAIN.
